By accessing and using The Free Website Geeks services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

The Free Website Geeks provides custom website design and development services. We offer:

• Free initial website design and development
• Option to purchase website ownership for $799
• Monthly hosting plans starting at $49/month
• Additional pages at $29 each

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on the service selected:

• One-time Purchase: Full payment of $799 required before file transfer
• Monthly Hosting: Recurring monthly payments of $49, billed in advance
• Additional Pages: One-time payment of $29 per page

4. Intellectual Property

For one-time purchases, full ownership and rights to the website files are transferred upon payment completion. For monthly hosting plans, we retain ownership of the website files while providing hosting and maintenance services.

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly hosting subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. One-time purchases are final and non-refundable once files are delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Free Website Geeks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
