1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using The Free Website Geeks services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

For one-time purchases, full ownership and rights to the website files are transferred upon payment completion. For monthly hosting plans, we retain ownership of the website files while providing hosting and maintenance services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Monthly hosting subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. One-time purchases are final and non-refundable once files are delivered.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Free Website Geeks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
